Founded in 2010, Zhong Shan City Richsound Electronic Industrial Ltd (RSR) is a high-tech enterprise with headquarters located in Zhong Shan City and branch offices in Hong Kong, along with an international factory in Bắc Ninh, Vietnam. RSR is a multinational enterprise fully integrating R&D, production and sales.
RSR manufactures all manner of audio products; from Sound Bars, Home Theaters, and Party Speakers to Smart Speakers, Turntables and Embedded Audio Solutions, ensuring the best possible product by utilizing our passion and expertise.
Richsound‘s industrial park covers an area of over 100,000m² in a 60 acre plot, with 83 production lines producing up to 15 million units annually. It is fully equipped with world-class facilities, including an EMC chamber, Wi-Fi RF Lab, anechoic chamber, Dolby authorized self-certification lab, listening rooms, automated SMT lines, reliability test labs, solar power generation & storage, and much more. On top of this, RSR has an R&D team of around 300 engineers driving innovation and product development.

RichSleep Research (RSR) is a consumer electronics brand focusing on sleep quality improvement by means of scientific approach. Our team consists of top-tier product management, project management and R&D members, together with Professor Zhang Zhi's team from USTC and his scientific research of "specific sound to improve one’s brain function“, we have developed the RSR 5dB sleep-aid device. This sleep-aid device is the outcome of our parent group Richsound Research’s strong R&D and manufacturing capabilities along with extensive testing and verification processes.Sleeping problems have evolved into a global issue, regardless of nationalities, genders or age groups. RSR is committed to resolve this sleeping problem and to improve people’s sleep quality via scientific and healthy approach.
Principle behind RSR 5dB Sleep-Aid product
⊙The auditory cortex is the core brain center for sound processing
⊙In 2022, Professor Zhang Zhi's team from USTC released scientific research results through experiments that "specific sounds improve one’s brain function“. Research results indicated that low-intensity sound (i.e. 5dB higher than the ambient sound) can promote an important area of the brain that regulates sleep, that is, the corticothalamic circuit, which regulates sleep by releasing sleep-aid hormones;
⊙In 2023, RSR teamed up with Professor Zhang Zhi's team from USTC to apply 5dB in the field of acoustics, and submitted for multiple patents* to create the first functional sleep-aid product - automatically detects ambient noise level when turned on, intelligently adjust 5dB higher than the ambient sound to enhance users to reach the optimal auxiliary sleep state, using sound to relieve stress and to help you to sleep better.
